Cancellation policy

ATOMILI MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This policy applies to all Atomili memberships: the Monthly and Yearly memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Tiers) and the Diamond Membership.

BILLING AND RENEWAL
- Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly memberships are charged every month, Yearly memberships every 12 months, and Diamond Memberships every 3 months ($1,500 per charge).
- Your first charge is taken at checkout. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file on the same date as your original purchase.
- If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and notify you. Membership incentives are paused until payment is received.

CANCELLING
- You can cancel at any time from your customer account on our website, or by contacting us.
- When you cancel, your membership and its incentives continue through the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial periods, except where required by law.

STORE CREDIT
- Silver Tier and above receive $40 in store credit each month of active membership. Unused store credit rolls over. Store credit has no cash value.

DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP
- Diamond is limited to 1 person per game and is secured by auction. Auction money is used to support the community and does not count towards the membership.

CHANGES
- We may change membership prices or incentives. We will notify members by email before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.
