Return policies for card collectors.

Trading card products, sealed collectibles, singles, sports cards, and preorder items can be condition-sensitive. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Sealed Products

Sealed trading card products must remain unopened and in the same condition received to be considered for return. Opened booster boxes, packs, decks, tins, bundles, and other sealed products are not eligible for return once opened.

Singles, Slabs & Sports Cards

Singles, graded cards, slabs, sports cards, and other condition-sensitive collectibles are reviewed carefully before sale. Because card condition and market prices can change quickly, these items may be final sale unless there is a verified issue with the order.

Preorders

Preorder availability, fulfillment timing, and quantities may depend on distributor allocation, manufacturer release schedules, shipping delays, and store inventory processing. Contact us before placing a preorder if you have questions about pickup timing, shipping timing, or product availability.

  • Preorder items may become available on or after the official release date.
  • Allocation-sensitive products may have quantity limits.
  • Orders containing preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
  • Release dates and availability may change based on manufacturer or distributor updates.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact Atomili Collectables as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos so our team can review the issue quickly.

Photos Provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, product condition, and any visible damage.

Return Review

Return eligibility may depend on product type, product condition, whether the item has been opened, order history, payment status, and the nature of the issue. Items must be returned in the condition required by the store before a refund, exchange, or store credit can be considered.

  • Opened sealed products are not eligible for return.
  • Products damaged after delivery or pickup may not be eligible for return.
  • Condition-sensitive items may be final sale unless there is a verified order issue.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit may be reviewed case by case.
